The apartment is very spacious and bright and this gives a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Each private room is equiped with single and or double beds, bed linens, towels, pillows, closet, fan, and secure locking doors. Also each room has large windows wich provide lots of natural light and fresh air. Outside your private room the facilities are shared. We offer a large kitchen area that is fully equiped with, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils. There is also a small common area with dinning table and chairs. With travellers comfort in mind, we designed the showers and toilets facilites into 4 separate rooms. Offering 2 modern showers rooms and 2 seperate toilet rooms. This means more privacy and less waiting!. With new and fresh surroundings will give you a fresh sensations while in the apartment.Location:The location of Apt. CENTRIC STAY is second to none. We are located in the city centre on Via Laietana wich is the main street to move through Barcelona's center and also the main way to the Beach. The apartment is walking distance to many of Barcelonas attractions such as: La Rambla, Picasso Museum, Palua de la Musica, Placa Catalunya, The Borne, City Park, Arc de Triumph, and Barceloneta Beach. And if you prefer to use public transportation there are metro and bus station with in 4 minutes walk. And a taxi can be taken just in front of the apartment at any time of day or night. Via Laietana is very large turistic street that is very bright and lit up at night.
